When you visit the website

This website uses no cookies and no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Fonts and images are served from the same server as the website, so no information about your visit is sent to third parties.

If you choose the light or dark theme, your choice is stored in your browser (localStorage). It stays on your device and is never sent to us.

The provider that runs the web server may log technical data such as IP address, time and the page requested, for operational and security purposes. These logs are used only for operations and security and are not kept longer than necessary.

When you contact us

If you email or call us, we process the information you provide – such as your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message – in order to answer and handle your enquiry.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in being able to communicate with you (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation) or, if your enquiry concerns a contract, the performance of that contract (Article 6(1)(b)). We keep the information while your enquiry is ongoing and thereafter for as long as needed for follow-up or required by law, for example the Swedish Accounting Act.

Our platforms and apps

Platforms and apps that we develop, such as C/S One, have their own privacy information. When we deliver a service for a customer, the customer is often the data controller and we act as data processor under a data processing agreement.

This website links to services we have developed for others, such as nordiccare.se. The privacy policy of each owner applies there.

Your rights

You have the right to know which personal data we process about you and to receive a copy, to have inaccurate data corrected and, in certain cases, to have data erased, to restrict or object to the processing, or to receive your data in a machine-readable format. If you are unhappy with how we process your personal data, you can lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
